Questions
What does the price include?
The hourly price covers the whole machine — its GPUs, CPU, memory and the disk on the offer — and already includes our fee. There is no separate platform charge.
When does billing start and stop?
When the provider allocates your machine, including its boot, and the second it is terminated. A machine that never comes up is refunded automatically.
What is a hold?
Launching sets aside about an hour of credit plus boot time, so a running machine can never outrun your balance. It refills from your balance while you run and comes back when you stop.
What if my balance runs low?
We warn you, then stop the machine before your balance reaches zero. You can’t go into debt.
Can my price change while I’m running?
No. It’s fixed at launch. The market moves; your machine’s price doesn’t.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, in US dollars. Credit doesn’t expire.
